Sponsorship opens for Women in Rental initiative at ERA Convention

The European Rental Association (ERA) has officially opened sponsorship for the Women in Rental Ambassador Package at ERA Convention 2026 in Maastricht. The association is inviting companies to support a visible initiative focused on gender diversity and inclusion in the equipment rental industry.

At the centre of the programme is the striking ‘Girls Wanted’ container, designed to attract attention and encourage conversation around the value of talent, representation and inclusion across the sector. The package gives sponsors the opportunity to be associated with this initiative while gaining visibility before and during the convention.

The Ambassador Package is built around three interactive elements. The first is the Social Media Photo Hub, where attendees will be encouraged to take and share pictures from the branded installation. The second is the Inclusion Pledge Wall, where participants can leave personal commitments supporting diversity and inclusion.

The third is the Ambassador Voices Display, featuring quotes from company employees on why ‘talent over gender’ matters in today’s rental industry.

Through this package, sponsor companies will be recognised as official Women in Rental Ambassadors and linked to an initiative that reflects a broader industry effort to attract talent, strengthen representation and support a more inclusive future for rental.
