Said to be the first completely redesigned model in its class, the upgraded D301AHG offers a payload capacity of 3-tonnes and is designed for use on large construction sites.

The D301AHG features a new skip that offers a heaped load capacity of 1,742 litres, which is 12% higher than its predecessor model.

Ausa said, “To move the load, the dumper is equipped with a Kubota four-cylinder 18.5 kW engine with no DPF, which complies with the Stage V low emissions standard.

“Additionally, the machine’s low weight and permanent all-wheel drive give it excellent off-road capability and 50% gradeability.”

The Ausa D301AHG dumper is the first of the manufacturer’s mid-sized machines to undergo the redesign, which includes the addition of large engine covers on both sides to enable easy, ground-level maintenance access to filters and fluid tanks.

The machine’s counterweight also has a large central grille that provides quick access the cooler for easy cleaning and removal.

Safety features include a presence sensor and seat belt sensor in the operator’s seat, which prevent the machine from being started if “the recommended safety measures have not been taken”.

Ausa, which recently completed the launch of its high payload dumper range, said the D301AHG is also equipped with an electronic negative brake that automatically engages when the dumper’s engine is switched off to prevent movement.
