ENCON Equipment, a US-based rental company, has opened a new branch in Jeffersonville, Indiana, to serve construction, landscaping, forestry, and site work crews in Southern Indiana and the Louisville area.

The company said it anticipated first-year revenue for the new location to reach US$10 million, with projections to double by year two.

This marks the company’s third location, adding to its depots in Nicholasville and Somerset, both in Kentucky. The company wass founded in 2008.

The Nicholasville facility - which serves as its headquarters -  primarily provides construction tools, while the Somerset location specializes in forestry equipment.

The new 25,000-square-foot facility, located at 4800 Keystone Blvd, is designed to meet the growing demand for heavy equipment rentals, construction equipment sales, and fast equipment servicing.

ENCON said the location offers a wide range of equipment—including skid steers, telehandlers, and wheel loaders—along with an expanded service department and a dedicated rental storefront for walk-in customers.

“Our focus has always been on reliability and fast solutions,” said ENCON President Jordan Mitchell. “This new facility ensures we’re always ready to deliver the tools our customers need to keep their projects moving.”

To support its expansion, ENCON plans to hire 20 to 25 new team members at the Jeffersonville branch. The company has signed a 10-year lease with Koetter Real Estate Services, with options to purchase or expand the facility in the future.
