EquipmentShare has officially opened its new $21 million Advanced Solutions facility in Grain Valley, Missouri.

The 49,000sqft site is described by the company as its flagship location for the Midwest and designed to serve as a regional hub for construction and industrial work, offering  technology-enabled rental solutions from its T3 platform.

The facility includes service bays, a paint room, dedicated training areas, and secure hard-down zones to accommodate large equipment. It will also act as a distribution center for surrounding branches, supporting major builds, disaster response efforts and infrastructure projects.

The Grain Valley location is expected to support 15 jobs, with 12 employees already hired. The branch will manage $10–15 million in original equipment cost (OEC) and provide specialty rental equipment for sectors such as construction, utilities, manufacturing and health care.

“This new branch represents a significant investment in the Grain Valley community and our larger commitment to supporting the growth of construction across the Midwest,” said Jabbok Schlacks, CEO and co-founder of EquipmentShare.

“We are proud to bring our People First culture and next-generation technology to this region and continue building the future of construction — together with our customers and team members.”

“We’ve designed this facility with the contractor in mind — from the layout of our service bays to the technology that powers our operations,” added Tyrel Wagner, general manager of the Grain Valley branch. “This isn’t just a place to rent equipment — it’s a hub where problems get solved, timelines get met and teams get the support they need to do their best work.”

As part of the grand opening, EquipmentShare presented a $2,500 donation to Truman Heritage Habitat for Humanity to support its mission of providing safe, affordable housing to families in Eastern Jackson County.

“Truman Heritage Habitat for Humanity is thrilled to be awarded this significant Community Giving Award from EquipmentShare,” said Christina Leakey, president and CEO of Truman Heritage Habitat for Humanity. “Both our organizations are working toward better futures — not just through tools and technology, but through people, partnerships and purpose.”

The new Grain Valley branch adds to EquipmentShare’s growing national network of rental, retail, service and dealership locations. Earlier this year it opened a new $18 million Advanced Solutions rental facility in Rockdale, Illinois.
