United Rentals launches ‘workspace ready’ site offices

United Rentals has introduced Workspace Ready Solutions – a range of customisable accessory packages designed to outfit mobile offices and container offices for construction projects.

The new offering aims to help contractors establish professional, functional workspaces on jobsites, eliminating the need to source and install furnishings and equipment themselves.

Workspace Ready Solutions allow project managers to choose from a selection of accessories when renting mobile office trailers or container offices. United Rentals then ensures the space is fully equipped and operational upon delivery.

Available accessories include office furniture such as desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and conference tables, as well as whiteboards, markers, and general office supplies. Appliances like refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers are also on offer.

The company said it offers multiple accessory packages and bundles, enabling users to scale and adapt their setups as project demands evolve.

For storage containers, add-ons include ramps, shelves, hooks, locks, and solar lighting, which United said provides secure and organized storage solutions for busy jobsites.
