Sunbelt UK expands fleet with electric telehandlers

Sunbelt Rentals in the UK has added an undisclosed number of Faresin 6.26 full Electric Telehandlers to its rental fleet.

The company, which was rebranded last year to fall in line its counterpart business in the US, said the equipment order was made as part of its commitment to sustainability.

While the value of the order was kept confidential, Dave Harris, Sunbelt Rentals’ Sales and Marketing Director, said, “Our commitment to innovation, especially in the green arena, has led to the purchase of these machines. We have seen that they have been introduced to the market with great effect and are already being requested on major national infrastructure projects”.
