Easy Lift has reported a successful start to 2022, with increasing sales and total company turnover.

Following a 50% revenue rise in 2021, compared to 2020, the first half of this year has seen continued growth. According to the Italian spider lift manufacturer, in the first six months machine sales has grown 20%, while total turnover across the business rose 30% compared to the first half of 2022.

The company commented, “2022 is turning out to be a very complex year. Between the tail of a global pandemic, a conflict on the doorstep of Europe, scarce raw materials, delivery delays and skyrocketing prices, uncertainty is the order of the day.

“Uncertainty is not good for the economy or the market. Succeeding in complex periods is not just a question linked to the sector in which you operate. Much depends on the organisation, structure and solidity that the company was able to build in the easier periods.”

Customer focus

Easy Lift has put its sucess down to effective planning and unfailing support of its dealers.

The company continues. “The major critical point encountered in recent months has been the difficulty in procuring materials, from carpentry to electronic and hydraulic components, despite well-prepared purchase planning.

“The constant increase in prices is a worrying variable and makes it difficult to plan expenses and manage sales prices, especially for orders with average deliveries over six months.”

Realising this challenge Easy Lift says it has helped its main dealers by giving them the opportunity to make changes to their equipment  orders, within two months of the expected delivery time. “This strategy allowed us to plan production until the end of the year, with orders up to February 2023, and also proved successful for dealers, so they were prepared for urgent delivery requests from some customers, at least for the most popular models in their respective markets.”

Looking ahead Easy lift addeed, “The second half of the year will also continue to be characterised by challenges and uncertainty, but Easy Lift’s approach will continue to synergise its network and be proactive towards the market”.
