Registration open for the ERA Convention 2026

Registrations are now open for the ERA Convention 2026, which will take place on 3–4 June 2026 in Maastricht. The Convention will once again bring together rental leaders, industry experts and partners from across Europe for two days of discussion, exchange and networking focused on the future of the rental industry.

This year’s Convention holds special significance as it marks the 20th anniversary of the European Rental Association. Since its founding in 2006, ERA has played a key role in shaping and supporting the equipment rental industry across Europe, fostering collaboration, innovation and sustainable growth. The 2026 Convention will provide an opportunity to reflect on two decades of progress and to look ahead to the future of rental.

The 2024 ERA Convention

The Convention remains also a key meeting point for senior decision-makers. Each year, it offers a space to step back from day-to-day operations and reflect on the main trends shaping the sector, from market developments and sustainability to digitalisation, skills and changing customer expectations.

European Rental Awards

The 2026 edition returns to Maastricht and takes place alongside the European Rental Awards and the International Rental Exhibition (IRE). This combination creates a unique setting where business discussions, industry recognition and innovation come together in one location, allowing participants to make the most of their time on site.

The programme will include plenary sessions, keynote contributions and panel discussions, with speakers drawn from within and beyond the equipment rental sector. As in previous years, the focus will be on practical insights and strategic perspectives relevant to rental companies operating in different markets and segments.

Beyond the formal programme, the Convention is also renowned for the level of networking. Dedicated social moments and informal exchanges offer opportunities to reconnect with peers, meet new contacts and strengthen relationships across the European equipment rental community.
