Point of Rental customer service appointments

Rental software company Point of Rental has made customer service appointments in the US and Australia.

Kim Hamilton joins Point of Rental US as a Tier II Support Specialist in the company’s support team. Hamilton’s career started in the event rental industry, and she has 11 years software support experience, having moved into rental software support in 2009.

Michael Pavlov has joined the Australian office in Melbourne as its first Sales Development Representative. Born in Australia, he grew up in the U.S. before returning to Australia for university, where he graduated with business and marketing degrees. He speaks English and Russian.

Point of Rental CEO Wayne Harris said, “Whether people are figuring out which product will help them achieve their goals or they’re already using Point of Rental and they need an expert, Kim and Michael will help ensure they’re getting the information they need.”

Point of Rental Software provides rental and inventory management software and has offices in the UK, USA, Australia, Germany and South Africa.
