AB Matériels was created in 1996, operates 800 machines and employs 18 staff at three locations in Avignon, Cavaillon and Aix-en-Provence.

Pierre Knoché, Managing Director of Kiloutou France, said; “This merger allows us to develop our specialized public works network in the Avignon area and to fully benefit from complementarities with our current range of products in this sector. I am very happy to welcome the AB Matériels team members within the Kiloutou Group ” .

Frédéric Miceli, owner and Manager of AB Matériels, said he was delighted with the deal; “The proposed integration project was an essential element in my decision to sell and will allow our teams to continue the development of the company with additional resources and means.

“I am confident in the ability of the teams from both companies to make this merger a real success.”

Kiloutou has made several acquisitions in 2021, most recently that of Spanish company Almaq SA. It also bought Diaz-Miquelez in Spain earlier this year.
