Gehl Co. has added two new telehandler models to its product line. The all new model RS10-55 and model RS12-42 telehandlers have been added to its RS series.

The RS10-55 has a rated lift capacity of 10,000 pounds and a maximum lift height of 55 feet. The RS12-42 has a rated lift capacity of 12,000 pounds and a lift height of 42 feet.

Booms on both telehandlers feature a welded box-section design and the RS10-55 features outriggers, while its bigger brother can reach maximum operating capacity without outriggers, but outriggers are optional for the unit.

"With additional lift height and capacity, the new RS10-55 and RS12-42 models provide superior performance in a wide variety of pick-and-place applications," said Brian Rabe, Gehl's product manager for telehandlers. "Operators will enjoy the same comfortable operator environment and exceptional value available on existing RS series telescopic handlers, along with the additional reach and lift capacity. These new models round out the Gehl RS series line-up, providing our dealers with products with the best performance per dollar in the industry."

Both telehandlers can be fitted with the Personnel Work Platform (PWP) safety system that allows the use of an ANSI/ITSDF B56.6-compliant personnel work platform. Also available are rear axle stabilizer system that locks into position whenever the boom is raised more than 60 degrees or the parking brake is engaged.

The view from each telehandler is 360 degrees, the company says, and each are powered by a turbocharged diesel engine with 115 hp engine.
