EquipmentShare will provide equipment and connectivity technology for the Las Vegas Grand Prix in the US.

The agreement will see equipmentShare supply its T3-powered fleet and management tools throughout the event on 19 to 21 November, including equipment workflows from load-in at the permanent 39-acre Grand Prix Plaza to the race itself and post-event teardown.

“Setting the stage for race weekend in Las Vegas is one of the most complex temporary infrastructure projects in global sport,” said Chris Garnett, VP construction operations at Las Vegas Grand Prix, Inc.

“Reliability, safety and precision are paramount. Partnering with EquipmentShare ensures our operations are backed by leading technology and a team dedicated to flawless execution.”

The race requires the construction of a temporary 3.8-mile street circuit in the heart of the city.

EquipmentShare said the T3 system would provide real-time telematics and automated diagnostics, giving site managers visibility on fleet health as well as access control technology to restrict machine operation to authorised, certified employees.

“Formula 1 represents the absolute pinnacle of engineering performance, and we are bringing that exact standard to the infrastructure supporting it,” said Jabbok Schlacks, CEO and founder of EquipmentShare.

“Serving as the equipment supplier to operate this world-renowned event reflects the trust placed in our innovation, fleet reliability, and team. We look forward to helping to deliver an incredible race day and showing the world what a connected, tech-driven equipment solution can accomplish on the global stage.”

The 2026 race will take place on 19-21 November, with a recently announced extension confirming the event in Las Vegas through to 2037.
