YardLink, the UK online procurement marketplace for rental services, has been selected as the partner for Oktoberfest UK 2026, managing equipment supply at nine cities throughout October.

Live Tour Promotions, the events company behind Oktoberfest UK, has appointed YardLink to source equipment for the events in Colchester, Chichester, Milton Keynes, Guildford, Southend, Beverley, Chelmsford, Plymouth and Portsmouth.

Under the agreement, it will deliver equipment such as telehandlers, aerial platforms, lighting towers and fencing, with each location requiring delivery, build and collection within a one-week window.

At each venue, YardLink said it will match orders to the “best-performing local supplier, using live performance data from its network of over 2,400 depots and 1,000 suppliers.”

The platform said managing procurement for multi-city touring events has traditionally been one of the biggest challenges in live events, requiring the coordination of multiple suppliers at each location, with separate contacts, timelines and invoicing systems for every city.

Neeral Shah, founder and CEO of YardLink, said; “ Events of this scale and complexity are exactly what our platform was built for, and working with Live Tour Promotions across both Oktoberfest and Sausage and Cider Fest demonstrates what consistent, reliable procurement looks like in practice.”

Reiss Stanford, production manager at Live Tour Promotions, added; “Working with YardLink has made everyone’s lives easier. Every location has its own timeline, its own site configuration and its own challenges.

“Having a single platform that coordinates all of our equipment needs across every city and matches us with local suppliers automatically has transformed how we approach the procurement side of the tour.”

YardLink, launched in 2018 in London, is a digital procurement marketplace connecting construction and events businesses with a network of over 2,400 depots and 1,000 suppliers across the UK.
