Rentmas and Kinosk form rental partnership

Italian online rental platform Rentmas and rental management platform Kinosk have formed a partnership.

The alliance will see the Rentmas platform incorporate Kinosk’s rental management system, enabling rental companies to automatically upload and list their machines online.

It means companies that want to join the Rentmas network and upload their vehicles online will be able to do using an efficient and fast process. At the same time, Kinosk customers will have access to a wider equipment rental market.

Based in Bolzano, northern Italy, Rentmas is an online sharing platform through which equipment owners rent machinery to other users. It is focused on telematics-connected machines, enabling the automation of equipment rental and management processes.

It comprises a real time equipment search function and an interactive map, enabling customers to rent the machinery located nearest to them.

Rentmas also verifies the insurance and maintenance of machinery and can arrange for equipment to be delivered directly to site. It says renting a vehicle on its platform takes less than three minutes.

Servicing small and medium-sized businesses, Kinosk’s digital platform comprises an equipment market place, along with a sales and rental order management system and online insurance service.

Machine owners register their equipment on the Kinosk platform, while customers can rent it for a required period, based on its availability and location.
