Erenfred Pedersen A/S (EP) in Denmark has signed an exclusive distributor agreement with El-Björn to sell its power, lighting and temperature control equipment in the country.

EP has three locations in Denmark - in Copenhagen, Kolding and Aalborg - and is a construction equipment sales and service business. It will add El-Björn products to the existing brands it sells, including Dustcontrol, Chicago Pneumatic, Brendon Powerwashers, HTC, Selwood and Thwaites.

El-Björn AB, based in Sweden, produces a wide range of lighting, temperature control and power products mainly for temporary use.

One of its latest developments is the e3 system that allows contractors and other temporary power users to ‘smart meter' their power use, measuring, controlling and analysing power use on a site.

The e3 technology is fitted to temporary power distribution boards located on a construction site, with data transmitted automatically to a central server where it can be viewed by authorised users.
