Onsite On Hire returns to Birmingham with focus on low-carbon
20 August 2025

The Onsite On Hire showcase will return to the NEC exhibition venue in Birmingham, UK, from 30 September to 2 October, following events in the city last year and in London this May.
Supported by the Construction Plant-hire Association (CPA), the exhibition will again highlight compact plant, tools and site equipment, and innovation in the hire industry.
A new ‘Green Zone’ will spotlight low-carbon and battery-powered solutions, ranging from solar-powered welfare cabins and generators to hybrid compact plant and energy management systems.
The event aims to attract both contractors and hire companies seeking to expand their fleets. A central networking café will also return for industry engagement.
Onsite On Hire will run alongside UK Construction Week, which marks its 10th anniversary in 2025 with over 300 exhibitors, 200 speakers and a programme of free CPD sessions. CPA chief executive Steve Mulholland will feature on the Net Zero Theatre stage, addressing the role of plant-hire in reducing emissions.
