Sinoboom is set to establish a new subsidiary for the UK in January, while the company’s current Regional Manager for the UK and Ireland Julie Houston Smyth moves to its Ireland distributor Lolex.

Houston Smyth will take a leadership role with Lolex, joining her husband Trevor Smyth at the company. As authorised Sinoboom distributor, Lolex will handle Sinoboom business and activities on the Island of Ireland, with further projects planned to develop the manufacturer’s presence there.

“I have enjoyed successfully establishing the Sinoboom product in the UK market from what was a standing start, but this new development is exciting both for me and for Lolex,” said Houston Smyth.

“As an authorised Sinoboom Distributor, this opportunity is one that can only benefit our customers as we devote more resources to driving this rapidly growing business forward together into the future.”

Effective from 1 January, Sinoboom GB will provide support to mainland UK. The new subsidiary will have its own technical support and sales teams and will be supported by Sinoboom’s UK mainland dealer Pinnacle Platforms.

Sinoboom’s General Manager for Europe, José Peña, commented, “Our thanks to Julie for her energetic and effective leadership in establishing Sinoboom as a premium brand in the UK; we’re looking forward to building on this success as we continue to work with Julie and our soon-to-be-announced UK team.”

New Sinoboom MD to grow Middle East Exprienced Managing Director for the Middle East and North Africa will expand local services.
