The Rental Show 2010 makes Gold 100 list

The Rental Show 2010 has been rated one of the top 100 North American trade shows for the year by Trade Show Executive Gold 100. The exhibition, which took place 7-10 February 2010 at the Orange County Convention Centre in Orlando, US, attracted more than 600 exhibitors.

The Gold 100 rankings are based on net ft^₂ of paid exhibition space. In 2010 The Rental Show had 224100 net ft^₂ of exhibition space.

The ranking also rated the three official contractors used by The Rental Show, and all were rated number one in their segment: Freeman for official service contractors, CompuSystems for registration contractors and Travel Planners for official housing contractors.

Host city Orlando was ranked second on the destination list for the Gold 100, with 16 shows held in the city in 2010. The top city was Las Vegas, with 25 shows.

The Rental Show 2012 takes place 5-8 February at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Centre in New Orleans. The show is owned and managed by the American Rental Association.
