VP plc appoints new CFO

UK-based rental company VP plc has appointed Keith Winstanley as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

Winstanley, who will assume the role in January 2024, qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC and has held finance leadership roles within telecommunications company KCOM Group plc and car sales business Lookers plc.

Winstanley worked closely with VP CEO Anna Bielby at both KCOM Group and Lookers when she was the CFO of the respective companies. 

Bielby said, “I am delighted to be welcoming Keith to VP as CFO and I look forward to working with him again. Keith has significant finance experience which will be instrumental in driving Vp forwards.”

The appointment comes just two months after Neil Stothard retired as CEO of VP after 26 years with the company.
