Trime targeting ‘record-breaking year’

Trime UK has expanded its online spare parts ordering system to support customers using the company’s lighting towers, power generation units and wash bays. The platform, introduced in 2023, was updated earlier this year to include power generation products.

The system allows users to enter a machine’s serial number into the portal to access manuals, parts lists and product images specific to that model. The portal also displays live pricing and stock levels and includes a quick-order function. Trime provides only genuine OEM spare parts.

“We had a record-breaking year supplying our clients with spare parts,” said Paul Hay, managing director of Trime UK. “We package and dispatch as many as seventy parcels each day, and 90% of all orders are delivered the next working day.”

The parts platform is available to owners, users and engineers working with Trime equipment. Registration is required and can be completed at https://spares.trimeuk.com/traderegistration.

Trime UK expects to distribute up to £1.5 million in spare parts this year. The company has a four-person team managing orders, which will grow in the new year. Technical support is provided by Technical Director Wayne Brennan and his team.

Trime’s production facilities are located in Cassinetta di Lugagnano near Milan, Italy, and in Pavia, south of Milan. The company manufactures lighting towers, power generation equipment, water recycling wash bays and dust suppression products. Trime UK operates from a 40,000 square foot facility in the Hinchingbrooke Business Park in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
