Taking over on an interim basis will be Hartwig Finger, currently president for Continental Europe at Dwyer Group, until a permanent replacement has been found.

Prior to joining Cramo, Finger has spent his career in the construction industry. He has served in leading positions for Dwyer Group and Imtech, and previously worked as CEO for Polygon Germany, the market leader in property damage restoration, where he was responsible for the strategic direction, changing corporate culture and growth. Finger graduated from the University of Maryland with an MBA.

Leif Gustafsson, president and CEO, said, “Mr Finger has a solid and proven track record from leading and developing business in Central Europe and important experience from the service sector. Continuing our growth in Central Europe based on our Shape and Share strategy is an essential part of Cramo strategy.”

The outgoing Schlitzkus had been employed by Cramo since 2011 and had been on the management team since 2011.

Gustafsson added, Dirk Schlitzkus has played a central role in establishing and developing Cramo in Central Europe. He leaves a solid platform from where we can continue developing our growth strategy in the future. We thank him for his contributions to the Group and wish him the best of luck in his future career.”
