Software company Point of Rental has announced a new integration between its Syrinx platform and accounting platform AccountsIQ.

Based in the UK, AccountsIQ is a software company that offers cloud-based accounting and advanced financial capabilities without the need for a full ERP.

According to Point of Rental, the integration with its Syrinx rental management software will offer companies a “powerful, cloud-based financial management solution” that is designed for companies outgrowing entry-level systems.

It said the integration means Syrinx users will be able to transfer essential financial data such as purchase orders and sales invoices into AccountsIQ, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.

The company added that by pairing AccountsIQ with its newly-released Syrinx 365 Cloud, it will offer “ultimate flexibility and control over a hire business’s financial operations by automating processes, eliminating manual tasks, and simplifying multi-entity consolidation.”

Wayne Harris, Point of Rental’s CEO, said, “This integration with AccountsIQ gives hire companies a modern accounting solution that supports their evolving needs. We’re excited to keep adding new, innovative solutions for hire businesses.”

Nick Longden, CRO of AccountsIQ, added, “The seamless integration between Syrinx and AccountsIQ takes away the inefficiencies and inaccuracies associated with manually re-keying financial data.

“It also ensures the integrity of the source data is retained and gives quicker access to financial insights to make informed business decisions.”

At the same time, Point of Rental is hosting a Syrinx Conference in Reading, UK, this month, where it will discuss the benefits of cloud-based financial management to Syrinx users.
