Rental company Lavendon said Jeremy Fish, managing director of its specialist access division Nationwide Platforms, has resigned.

Mr Fish joined the Group at the beginning of 2014, and the company said he had overseen a number of operational and commercial improvement programmes, strengthening Nationwide Platforms’ market position and delivering increased revenues and profitability.

Don Kenny, CEO, commented, “Jeremy has provided strong leadership in the UK developing high standards of customer service and operational excellence, the benefit of which can be seen in the strong UK revenue growth we reported at the half year.

“Our UK business is in very good shape and I am confident that our UK management team will continue to implement our business plan and make further progress in the coming months.

“The process to appoint Jeremy’s replacement has commenced and an announcement will be made in due course, in the meantime Jeremy is working through his notice period and will leave the Group on the best of terms and we wish him well in his future endeavours.”
