EquipmentShare said its IPO will offer 30.5 million shares with a guide pricing of between US$23.50 and $25.50, which could raise up to $778 million.

Dow Jones reported that the company would have about 251.3 million shares outstanding after the IPO, giving it a market capitalisation of up to $6.4 billion.

Co-founders Jabbok and William Schlacks will have total voting power of more than 80% after the IPO, reported Dow Jones.

A roadshow for investors has now begun. Following the IPO, its Class A stock will trade on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the EQPT symbol.

The companies leading the offering are Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Wells Fargo Securities, UBS Investment Bank, Citigroup and Guggenheim Securities.

EquipmentShare is one of the top four equipment rental businesses in North America. It reported revenues of $3.8 billion in 2024 and currently has 373 rental locations in the US.
