Dingli will unveil its new BT60 series of 60m telescopic boom lifts at Bauma China in November, targeting growing demand for ultra-high working heights, lower operating costs and more sustainable equipment, said the company.

The new range comprises the diesel-powered BT60RT and electric BT60ERT, both featuring a modular design with high component commonality across Dingli’s boom lift portfolio. This approach is intended to reduce spare parts inventories and maintenance costs for rental companies.

Designed for applications including large steel structures, stadiums, petrochemical facilities and building maintenance, the BT60 models offer extensive working envelopes, horizontal outreach and platform load capacities, added Dingli.

Both incorporate the company’s patented one-touch wheelbase extension chassis, four-wheel drive and crab steering for manoeuvrability on challenging jobsites.

The BT60ERT also features a high-voltage battery system, providing zero-emission, low-noise operation for projects with stringent environmental requirements.

Specialist ranges

Alongside the launch, Dingli will show specialist equipment reflecting its strategy of developing intelligent solutions for specific industrial applications.

Highlights include a glass-handling boom lift equipped with eight independent suction cups, offering 1,500kg lifting capacity and millimetre-level positioning accuracy through wireless remote control.

A rail-mounted aerial work platform, capable of travelling on roads and railway tracks, will be on the stand aimed at rail infrastructure and tunnel maintenance applications.

Dingli will also display intelligent drilling robots using visual tracking and laser positioning to automatically avoid reinforcement steel during tunnel drilling operations, while incorporating dust collection.

For shipyards, automated descaling and painting robots are designed to work on complex curved hull surfaces, improving productivity and reducing environmental impact.

Other exhibits include a heavy-duty transport platform for factory material handling and the Sky Villa, combining aerial platform technology with tourism applications. It can rotate 360 degrees after elevation and provides an off-grid lodging experience, said Dingli.

The wider display will include Dingli’s established T-series articulating booms, M-series rough-terrain booms, scissor lifts and mast lifts.
