ERA celebrates successful convention and memorable awards

Over the two days, we had the opportunity to exchange on key topics shaping our sector, from sustainability and digital transformation to market outlook and the evolving role of rental.

One strong message clearly emerged from the discussions: Rental is People. Behind every machine, every solution and every project, it is people who make the difference. This message resonated throughout the sessions and reminded us of the importance of skills, engagement and collaboration across our industry.

A special highlight of the week was the European Rental Awards Dinner, which this year marked the 20th anniversary of the association.

The evening brought together around 450 participants and was a great opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our members, recognise excellence across the sector, and reconnect in a more informal and festive atmosphere.

As we close this successful edition, we are already looking ahead. We are pleased to announce that the next ERA Convention will take place in Warsaw on 2 and 3 June 2027, where we look forward to welcoming the rental community again for new discussions, new ideas and continued collaboration.
