Height for Hire in Ireland has acquired a majority shareholding in Slovakian access rental company Strojné Centrum Slovakia (SCS), which has a fleet of around 100 machines.
Riwal has acquired a 70% stake in Grupo Clem, a major Spanish aerial platform and forklift truck rental company with annual rental revenues of €25 million. The price was not disclosed.
Hertz Equipment Rental Co (HERC) acquired Quilovat, a Spanish power rental company based near Barcelona, in March this year. The price was not disclosed.
