Senior European service appointment at Zoomlion

Zoomlion Access has appointed Chris Birchall as Service Manager for Europe. Previous to that Birchall had been working on behalf of Zoomlion in an after sales role since 2022, following similar roles at a number of major rental companies in Europe.

He will oversee service operations, technical support, and the expansion of the Zoomlion Access service network across European markets. His responsibilities will also include recruiting and training local service engineers, optimizing spare parts logistics, and ensuring seamless technical assistance for clients. He is now on the look out for skilled service engineers to join the company. 

Before working with Zoomlion, Birchall was with LoxamHune, and before that at UK-headquartered AFI group of companies for more than 17 years, following a stint at Nationwide Platforms, which also operates in the UK.
