Former JCB executive Yvette Henshall-Bell has been appointed president of Husqvarna’s Forest & Garden Division and will join the group management team. Forest & Garden is the largest division of the group accounting for 60% of revenues.

She takes up the new role on 1 March. Henshall-Bell, who left JCB in 2021 after a 20-year career, is currently senior vice president Europe at the division and has been with Husqvarna since 2022.

Omar Attar, who currently serves as interim president of Forest & Garden, will return to his previous role as senior vice president finance for the division.

In other changes, the president of Husqvarna Construction, Karin Falk, will leave the company. She first joined Husqvarna in 2020 and will remain in her role until no later than 1 September this year.

Also leaving is Terry Burke, chief financial officer, after a 16 year career at Husqvarna.

The company has started the recruiting process to replace both Falk and Burke.

“I am delighted to welcome Yvette to our group management team”, said Glen Instone, CEO of Husqvarna, “She has made impressive strides and improved the performance of the Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division in Europe.”

He added; “I would also like to sincerely thank Terry and Karin for their significant contributions to Husqvarna group. Their leadership has been instrumental throughout a crucial period of transformation”

The company released its full year results on the same day as it announced the senior management changes. Sales for the full year were down 4% to SEK46.6 billion, impacted by US tariffs.

“After a challenging year, we are taking decisive actions to return to profitable growth”, said Instone, who was appointed CEO in August last year.

“While uncertainty remains, particularly in North America due to ongoing trade policy turbulence, foreign exchange volatility, and subdued consumer sentiment, we enter 2026 with a strong product line-up.

“We are advancing our innovation pipeline with multiple launches, including scalable AIvision technology in robotics, the continued expansion of our watering portfolio, and new solutions for the construction industry, such as a self-operating floor grinder.”
