05 November 2021

North American modular space and portable storage company Willscott Mobile Mini has announced the acquisition of Sommer’s Mobile Leasing.

The acquisition adds about 1,200 modular units and about 500 storage units in the company’s existing US markets in Ohio and West Virginia. Sommer’s is a family-owned business founded in 1946.

The transaction was funded with cash on hand and borrowings under the company’s revolving credit agreement, according to the firm.
