WebbRes to debut software uodate at ARA Show

Specialty equipment management solutions provider WebbRes is to launch an update to its software at the ARA Show this week.

The API enabled system integrates rental, sales and service operations into one platform that can be embedded on to internal websites.

The US-based company said the 2.0.56 update “furthers its mission to bring efficiency and productivity gains to businesses” via one platform and offers faster customer experience and seamless customer interface.

Users can speed up communication by sending approvals, booking confirmations, payments, signature requests and more via SMS to mobile devices.

It also ensures accessibility from any location at any time and enables users to send portal links through text or email without the need for a login. Meanwhile, collection reviews can be automated through the new platform.
