According to the company, the acquisition will enable it to better serve customers in a broader range of industries throughout a larger territory with expanded capabilities and new offerings.

Great Plains said, “Our continued success and this significant step in our company’s progress is first and foremost thanks to our amazing team who has helped establish operations and a culture genuinely focused on treating customers fairly and with great respect.

“Also, we continually ensure our prices are the best, or very nearly the best available in the equipment rental marketplace, and that won’t change. Our job is to make sure customers have a great experience renting from us, keeping them happy and retaining their business.

“Warren CAT’s large network will help us improve our support and be there for customers whenever and wherever we’re needed. Ultimately, we make renting equipment fast and easy, and these latest changes will help us do that even better moving forward.”

The deal also soldifies Warren Cat in the state of Texas, where it has 11 locations in the West of the state and the Texas Panhandle. The company also provides rental, parts and service solutions across Oklahoma.
