United Rentals wins workplace awards

United Rentals has received three awards for its workplace and recruitment practices, including its support for military veterans.

It received a Glassdoor Best Places to Work award for companies that earn high levels of employee satisfaction and trust. The award is based on voluntary, anonymous employee reviews submitted on Glassdoor.

Its second accolade was Military Friendly Employer Gold and Military Spouse Friendly Employer. The Military Friendly designation recognises companies for recruiting, retaining and promoting veterans. The Military Spouse recognition is for its support to spouses through hiring, career development and remote work options.

Finally, United has been recognised by Newsweek’s America’s Most Patriotic Companies 2026 initiative, for organisations that show a strong commitment to supporting military personnel, veterans and their communities.
