United Rentals to host used equipment sale

Premium Content
United Rentals will hold used equipment sales across more than 140 of its locations.

United Rentals will host a used equipment sale on March 25, the company announced. Equipment available will include boom lifts, scissors and vertical mast lifts, along with lighting towers, earth moving equipment and more. The used equipment sale will occur across 140 of United’s North American branches.

“We know companies are looking for ways to build fleet ahead of the busy season and purchasing well-maintained used equipment as a supplement to their rental strategy can be a cost-effective solution,” said Mike Durand, senior vice president, sales and western division operations at United Rentals. “So we wanted to add another large event in addition to our end of year sale.”

Customers can see which locations will be hosting the used equipment sale on United’s website, and United stated “Covid-19 safety measures will be enforced.”
