United Rentals acquires Missouri general renter

United Rentals has announced the acquisition of US-based general rental company ChaseCo Rentals. No financial details have been revealed.

Founded in 2004 by Chase and Julie Darrah, ChaseCo is headquartered in Sullivan, Missouri, where it has four rental locations in St. Louis (Villa Ridge), Sullivan, Lake of the Ozarks, and Rolla.

As well as its rental depots, the company also has a parts and service centre hub in Sullivan that focuses on parts and repairs of its equipment.

The deal further strengthens United’s presence within the North American market, where it has over 1100 locations.
