UK renter EMY adds 20 Bobcats

UK-based start-up company EMY Plant Hire has added over 20 new Bobcat machines to its rental fleet, including the manufacturer’s articulated E85 mini-excavator.

EMY, which is based in Wrexham in north Wales, was founded by directors Emily Roberts and Andrew Dickens in 2020.

It provides general plant rental services to the construction, landscaping and utilities sector in North Wales, Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire areas.

The purchase of the articulated E85 means the new business has become one of the first rental companies in the UK to offer the model. The machine is the largest of Bobcat’s compact excavators and is equipped with a 4-cylinder Stage IIIB compliant Yanmar engine...Sign in to continue reading.
