Trico Lift execs offer industry training

Executives from Trico Lift recently provided hands-on training on aerial work platform safety as part of a one-day Fall Prevention seminar hosted by Madison Risk Group (MRG) at the FallProof Systems headquarters in Trenton, New Jersey.

Trico Lift safety manager Hilary Holloway and King of Prussia Pennsylvania branch manager Chris Venezia teamed up to provide classroom and applied training to 80 attendees on fall protection, equipment inspections and operator training.

“Trico Lift realizes the importance and increased emphasis on aerial work platform safety. More importantly, we also recognize the comprehensive consequences of failure − both personally and economically. It’s something we emphasize on a daily basis. We want to provide existing and potential customers with the information they need to think and work safely, which includes educating the industry on the differences between training and familiarization. This seminar provided us with an opportunity to do just that,” said Chris Venezia.

The seminar included a special presentation by Martin Davis of OSHA, in conjunction with OSHA’s National Emphasis Program on Fall Protection.
