Terex AWP opens service training centers

06 July 2009

Terex Aerial Work Platforms has opened service training sites in Oklahoma City, OK and Southaven, MS.

Two courses will be offered in two-day phases: Genie electric and engine powered booms and electric and rough terrain scissors. Courses will cover product familiarization, hydraulic and electrical systems, calibration, troubleshooting and product inspection.

"We recognize that service training on-site in our Redmond, WA facility can be more of a time and financial commitment than some customers are able to make in the current economic environment," said Bob Bartley, Terex AWP director, technical services. "As a part of our Genie 360 efforts, these additional locations provide customers with training options."

Two-day classes cost $200 and include training materials and lunch. More information can be found at www.genieindustries.com/training.asp.
