Sunbelt creates new ‘People’ executive role

Sunbelt Rentals has promoted Monica Ziegler to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer - a newly created position at the rental company.

Ziegler joined Sunbelt in 2021 and initially held the role of Vice President of Talent and Development, where she was responsible for succession planning and leadership development for Sunbelt employees.

In the new role, Ziegler will serve on the executive committee and lead efforts to advance the strategy and culture of the company.
