UK rental company Speedy Hire said it remained on track to generate £50-55 million in revenues annually from its re-hire agreement with HSS ProService Marketplace, the online rentals business.

However, in its trading update for the year to 31 March, the company said market conditions has worsened in the final quarter of the year , hampered by uncertainty around the UK Budget in November and events in the Middle East.

It added that rental and service revenues had also been impacted by some “customer led delays”.

It said EBITDA profits for the full year were likely to be around £90 million, compared to £97.1 million in the previous financial year.

The company said it its stock market release; “Notwithstanding our caution around ongoing economic and geopolitical events, the board remains confident of its outlook for FY2027 and beyond.”

The full year results will be published on 17 June 2026.
