Select expands JCB fleet to support major project growth

Select Plant Hire has strengthened its fleet of JCB equipment with a £5 million ($6.8 million) investment to support major project growth in the UK. 

Part of the Laing O’Rourke Group, Select Plant Hire is one of the UK’s leading providers of plant, equipment and accommodation services, supporting major infrastructure, building and engineering projects across the country.

The latest order from Select, which is part of the Laing O’Rourke Group, includes Loadall telehandlers, 370X tracked excavators, 245XR reduced tailswing excavators, 145XR reduced tailswing excavators and 9T dual-drive site dumpers. 

Supplied through dealer Greenshields the machines have been selected to support a wide range of construction applications and the a growing number of major UK projects, said JCB.
