The Danish branch of Riwal has taken delivery of five Versalift VTX-240 truck mounts from Time Danmark as part of a fleet renewal programme.

The programme sees single boom units in the rental company's fleet being replaced with machines like the Versalift VTX-240 with two, three-stage telescopic booms and advanced electrohydraulic controls with automatic setup, including outrigger levelling, and packing.

It is capable of parking next to buildings and reaches worksites on flat rooftops inaccessible to traditional units with a single telescopic boom.

Mounted on 3.5 tonne GVW Euro 5B+ Mercedes Sprinter chassis, the units are aimed at tasks including inner city service jobs and supporting various infrastructure. The units will be spread across Riwal’s locations with two in Copenhagen, two in Odense and one in Aarhus.
