Reachmaster triple appointment

US distributor Ruthmann Reachmaster has announced the expansion of its team with Tom Goyer becoming vice president, Robin Paeper being appointed as western region and national account manager, and Samantha Ayala-Linan taken on as sales and marketing coordinator.

The appointments follow growth since the merger between Reachmaster and Ruthmann North America in 2020.

Tom Goyer

Goyer has been with Ruthmann Reachmaster since 2018 and was previously vice president of truck mounted sales. Ebbe Christensen, president of the company, said, “In addition to Tom’s extensive experience in sales of truck mounted aerial equipment, this appointment will leverage his operational and management experience as we grow.”

On the subject of his new role Goyer, said it would allow him to become more integrated in daily management efforts. “The whole industry has faced global supply chain and logistical issues. We have met these challenges with growing sales. This has emphasised the need for management structure in order to be able to react quickly to market changes.”

Robin Paeper

As a newly-hired employee, Paeper will operate out of Los Angeles, expanding the company’s activities in the region, as well as serving national accounts. West coast activities are covered by Wirant Sales, however Paeper will further expand those efforts, with a focus on getting closer to our customer.

“He brings immense industry experience from a long career as manager for national rental companies,” said Christensen. Paeper added, “I am excited to join the Ruthmann Reachmaster team, whom I have known for many years. Our combined vision for the future includes the growth of regional and national activities, this represents a great opportunity to promote the company’s range of specialty aerial equipment and glass manipulators.” Mr. Christensen added, “We have sales coverage on the west coast through the Wirant Sales, however adding Robin to further lead these efforts reflects our focus on getting closer to our customer.”

As sales and marketing coordinator Ayala-Linan will begin her new role at Ruthmann Reachmaster at the Porter, Texas headquarters and will serve as a liaison for the company’s growing activities in Mexico.
