Point of Rental enhances data analytics with acquisition

Point of Rental Software has acquired The Owl, the rental data information platform founded by rental industry veterans Anthony Durante and John Feliciano.

The Owl will be integrated into Point of Rental’s Rental Intelligence Suite, expanding its analytics capabilities. Point of Rental said customers would benefit from more meaningful benchmarking and clearer performance visibility.

Both Feliciano and Durante - who was the co-founder and CEO at Durante Rentals before it was sold to Herc Rentals in 2024 - will remain with the business. Point of Rental said they will “play key roles in advancing analytics strategy and continuing to contribute their industry expertise.”
