PartnerLift co-organises first Austria rental event
18 November 2025
In mid-September, Germany-based rental company cooperative PartnerLift and Banner Batteries hosted the first ever Austrian networking and conference event for the aerial platform rental sector.
“When PartnerLift approached us with the idea, we didn’t have to think twice,” said Christian Raser of Banner Batteries.

Industry meetings have long been a fixture on the calendar in Germany, but in Austria, the concept of a networking event exclusively for rental companies was uncharted territory.
“Such a format simply didn’t exist,” confirmed Ralf Gärtner of PartnerLift. Therefore, the plan was hatched to create an event with the core values of: fostering community, promoting exchange, and building bridges.
Together with partners Ahern, Banner, IPAF, Palfinger, Sahalift and Würth, the meeting celebrated its premiere in Linz.
It began with a relaxed dinner in a beer garden. The next morning, Banner Batteries hosted the gathering at its facility. After the welcome address, Christian Raser presented the new generation of high-performance Traction Bull Bloc HP batteries, with carbon additives that provide increased performance and a longer lifespan. “Our internal tests were excellent,” said Raser, “and the first rental companies are already using the batteries successfully.”
Presentations from Würth, IPAF, PartnerLIFT, and Platformers Days followed, before the participants enjoyed a look at battery production during a factory tour.
In between, there was plenty of time for networking, which was the main purpose of the meeting.
A repeat event is almost certain with the location and date are still undecided. “Once is never enough,” added Gärtner, adding that the network will continue grow.
