Paclite plans lighting tower launches at Bauma

Paclite said it would showcase new lighting towers at Bauma, including the launch of its LED model – the PL-2000 LED Eco.

The manufacturer said the principle features of the PL-2000 LED Eco included 8m maximum height, manual rotation through 340o, four 500W LED heads and lifting points for cranes or forklifts.

Other advantages include compact transport dimensions and a low operating weight of 750kg. The unit is powered by a 24kW engine. The PL-2000 LED Eco is said to be well-suited to the rental industry, as well as general construction and mining.

Also on show will be its Pac-Light PL400 tower light, which too is aimed at the rental market among other sectors. The 4X1000W metal halide model provides 350000 limens and is equipped with forklift pockets and lifting hooks for easy transport loading. Paclite said this machine was also quiet, producing 63dPA at 7m.

Taking place in Munich, Germany, from 11 to 17 April, Bauma is the largest construction equipment exhibition in the world.
