New Multitel truck mount hits the market

Multitel Pagliero has launched a new truck mount for the European market. 

Mounted on a 3.5 tonne truck, the new MZ 250 articulated model has a working height of 25.1m and a horizontal reach of 14.3m.

It is equipped with a 250kg capacity self-levelling basket and has a below ground reach of -2.5m outreach.

“This feature is enhanced by the Multitel MUSA system, which optimises movement and performance based on load, boom rotation and position of the outriggers,” said Multitel.

Described by the Italy-based manufacturer as “ideal for rental”, the MZ 250 features a GPS-enable telematics system, which enables owner to monitor the machine’s status and run diagnostics remotely. 

Greg Moore, Multitel General Sales Manager UK & Ireland, said, “Popular features include the extremely compact chassis with a 3-metre wheelbase and excellent turning circle, which allows access to areas where many other machines cannot reach.”

According to Moore, the MZ 250 is suitable for a range of applications, including maintenance and construction tasks. 

“I would say that this model covers more or less all types of business,” he said.
