New members welcomed by ERA

ERA is very pleased to announce that five new members have joined ERA.
Three were revealed several weeks ago and the two other new ERA members are: Hitachi and Wilhelm Schäfer, both joining as associate members.
Hitachi Construction Machinery is the third largest construction machinery manufacturer in the world. HCM is based in Japan and has production plants in Asia, Europe, North and South America, and employs more than 17,000 people worldwide.
Over the past few decades, HCM has developed a full line of industry-leading construction equipment. This includes excavators (one to 800 tonnes), wheel loaders and dump trucks.
Wilhelm Schäfer GmbH is a German based equipment distributor, founded in 1947. In 1985, the company became the exclusive Takeuchi import and distribution partner for Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Bulgaria, where it is also responsible for aftersales and spare part services.
Wilhelm Schäfer Baumaschinen GmbH has been a member of the Dutch Verhoeven Group since 2014.
The three previously announed new members were: the Belgian Equipment Rental Association (BERA), joining as direct member, and Ecosun and PowerXtender, both joining as associate members.
