The new facility, opened 12 February, is three times larger than the previous one and follows increased demand for Haulotte machines in Australia and New Zealand, said the company. It provides more than 118,400 square feet of workspace for its 50 employees.

The extra space will allow Haulotte Australia to improve its service and increase its parts offering and speed up their delivery time. The building also includes training facilities to enhance customers’ skills.

Among those at the official ribbon-cutting ceremony was Alexandre Saubot, CEO of Haulotte Group. “This inauguration marks a new chapter and emphasises our commitment and confidence in the Australian powered access market,” he said.

Keith Clarke, general manager of the Australian subsidiary, added, “We cannot be happier; the new facility will allow us to better cater to our customers’ logistical needs.”
