NES Rentals CEO gets awarded

Andy Studdert, chairman and CEO of NES Rentals, has been named ‘Leader of the Year’ by the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, US, (HRMAC) at its Summit 2014.

The annual Leader of the Year award program honors one Chicago-based business leader who has demonstrated the ability to execute leading-edge human capital practices while realizing business strategy success.

Mr Studdert was selected by the HRMAC Board of Directors for his consistent focus on creating a culture of trust and care for the 1100 employees of NES Rentals. In addition, he is responsible for leading NES to significantly improved operational and financial performance during his tenure.

"Being named HRMAC Leader of the Year is a wonderful recognition of the great company and team of employees we have become over the past 10 years. I am truly honored by the award," said Mr Studdert.

Summit 2014 is the largest annual gathering of human resources professionals in the Midwest and includes presentations by business and industry thought-leaders, a trade show and special events for various groups. Nearly 800 human resources professionals attended the event, held at the Donald E Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois, US.
